After graduating from Kent State in 1983 with a dual major in industrial accounting and business management, Mark spent time as Assistant Controller for 3 plants while employed at Ekco Housewares.

•In 1988 Mark went to work for Goodyear Aerospace Corporation, a subsidiary of Goodyear Tire and Rubber. His experience there included, International Aviation Group as budget director, Defense Systems as Cash Flow Manager, and Aircraft Braking Systems as Director of Worldwide Logistics.

•In 1993, after installing worldwide forecasting solutions and processes within Goodyear, Mark left and formed Custom Communication Systems Inc. CCS Inc. which designs, constructs, and implements Sales and Operations planning systems and processes, POS analysis tools, as well as state of the art touch screen labor collection and real time inventory tracking systems.
